Submission Guidelines

We welcome all submissions. Our agreements offer representation for films in the worldwide market for all exhibition formats. However, we cannot accept submissions that do not fulfill the following requirements.

NOTE: Before you send us your film, please review information on the rights and clearances related to your project.

Package Contents

The package you send us must contain:

• Your short film or short films on DVD or NTSC or PAL videocassette. 
• Write the title of the short film and its running time on both the spine and face label of each tape submitted.
• Important: Be sure to include your contact information with your tape or DVD. 

Paperwork

Documents accompanying the videotape must include the following information:

• Title of short film
• Filmmaker name(s)
• Running time of short film
• Original format (35mm, 16mm, Beta, DV, etc.)
• Year the short film was produced
• Brief bios of the filmmaker(s)
• Press book info on the project, if any
• A list of festivals in which the film has appeared and/or awards it has won, if any
• A statement identifying which rights to the film are available (Note: If you only have "festival" rights for any of the above categories, please state so in a cover letter.)
• State "Yes" or "No" if there are any unresolved legal clearance problems for commercial distribution:
